WEEKLY THREAD AND DEMO UP!

Changelog:
-Rance sex scene added!
-Joe the American interaction event added!
-Many typos and grammar fixes in Crab Nicholson's and Kasahashi's events of the same kind.
-Spread out the skills gained when leveling up more. Now you won't have the best skills in the game at level 20, but yes at level 40.
